• the development, the maintenance and the management of open source and open content.
• stimulating the collection off and making available of free and/or freely accessible information in any form making specifically use, but not not being restricted to, the Internet to store this information.
• to perform those activities that have to deal with what has been stated in the broadest sense or what may be beneficial.
